Crisis Response for People with Marginalized Identities - Schuyler

This skill-share will focus on the basics of providing identity-affirming non-carceral crisis support and equip you with the tools to be better prepared to talk openly about suicide with those in your life. We will also talk about the basics of safety plans and how to help someone create a safety plan in a time of crisis.

Zines: DIY Publishing and You - Autumn 

Zines are an expressive way of publishing ideas, art, and information in a bottom up, DIY way. They're easy to make and you should make one. 

Somatics for Nervous System Regulation - Fen

This break out will provide education on how to recognize signs & symptoms of nervous system dysregulation, how somatics engage with nervous system. Followed by a guided somatic exercise.

Street Medic Basics: Eye Washing - Tate

Attendees will learn a critical & easy-to-administer form of street medicine: eye washes. We will walk through common myths for how to treat chemical irritants, the recommended protocol for performing an eye wash, and have an opportunity to practice simulated (no water) eye wash with a partner
